We’ll send you an email every Wednesday or Thursday with the Meal Plans and Recipes for the following week.  This should give you a few days to look over the recipes and get your food shopping done.  Our Meal Plans run from a Monday to a Sunday inclusive.  Keep an eye out for our emails!!  If you’ve not received it, check your SPAM folder.
