 Stick to the Plan.  The longer you do this, the more time you give your body to repair.

For best results, and the best value, we recommend the 10 Week Plan – it makes it much easier to continue with afterwards

Once you have made your selection from the options above, you’ll receive a Welcome email from us.  Please read the contents of the email carefully as it will contain some instructions for you to activate your subscription.  We will be unable to send you anything until the activation has been confirmed.  If you have not received anything within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your SPAM folder and change the settings if necessary.  The email address you provide to us will be used to supply your Recipes and Meal Plans.

The Meal Plans will run from a Monday to a Sunday each week, and on the Wednesday or Thursday before, we will send you an email including the Recipes and Meal Plans.  This will give you 4 or 5 days to get prepared.  (TIP:  Double-up the recipe quantities and freeze the extra portions to save you time during the week.)

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of food will I be eating?

Our version of Paleo includes vegetables, meats, eggs, herbs, spices, nuts and seeds mainly (excluding peanuts).  We also use celery, onions, garlic, carrots etc for the base of soups and stocks.

Please also take a look at the What is Paleo? section for a list of typical foods you are likely to eat whilst on one of our Plans.  IF you suffer from any food related allergies or intolerances, we recommend that you do not use the offending ingredient and either omit it or replace it with something else.  If in doubt, please consult with your medical practitioner.

If weight loss is one of your goals, we recommend you limit your intake of nuts and seeds.

What is your refund policy?

Because we are providing you with downloadable recipes, we do not offer refunds.  Before you commit to purchasing our products or services, please make sure this is the right thing for you/your family.

What are the benefits of a Paleo lifestyle?

I thought I was relatively healthy when I started the 10 Week Plan, and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference 10 Weeks made.

Our goal is to provide you with the tools and information you need to help you take steps to improve your health and wellbeing – with the additional support of a happy, supportive and thriving community.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

We don’t currently offer an upgrade option.  Each plan has been carefully developed for the identified duration.  More recipes are available on the longer plans.

Can I pause my Plan once I've started it?

Unfortunately we do not allow for Plans to be paused once they’ve started.
