Once you have made your selection from the options above, you’ll receive a Welcome email from us.  Please read the contents of the email carefully as it will contain some instructions for you to activate your subscription.  We will be unable to send you anything until the activation has been confirmed.  If you have not received anything within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your SPAM folder and change the settings if necessary.  The email address you provide to us will be used to supply your Recipes and Meal Plans.

The Meal Plans will run from a Monday to a Sunday each week, and on the Wednesday or Thursday before, we will send you an email including the Recipes and Meal Plans.  This will give you 4 or 5 days to get prepared.  (TIP:  Double-up the recipe quantities and freeze the extra portions to save you time during the week.)

What kind of food will I be eating?

Our version of Paleo includes vegetables, meats, eggs, herbs, spices, nuts and seeds mainly.  We also use celery, onions, garlic, carrots etc for the base of soups and stocks.  Please also take a look at the What is Paleo? section for a list of typical foods you are likely to eat whilst on one of our Plans.  IF you suffer from any food related allergies or intolerances, we recommend that you do not use the offending ingredient and either omit it or replace it with something else.  If in doubt, please consult with your medical practitioner.

We recommend you limit the consumption of nuts and seeds as this can hamper weight loss.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a no-quibble, 100% money back refund to all customers within 14 days of your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then simply send us an email including your full name, email address and reference number, and we will process your refund within 5 working days.

We do not offer refunds after the 14 day period.

What are the benefits of a Paleo lifestyle?

Can I upgrade after signing up?

We don’t currently process upgrades, but you’re welcome to sign up to another Plan upon completion of the first, or even restart the same Plan upon completion – subject to paying the Joining Fee of course!

Can I pause my Plan once I've started it?

Unfortunately we do not usually allow for Plans to be paused. There will be no refund, full or part, after the 14 days has elapsed.  (See the FAQ What is your refund policy?)

However, we understand that life can get in the way sometimes.  Drop us an email briefly explaining your situation and we’ll be happy to consider your circumstances and hopefully reach a mutually agreeable solution.
